bride's last name?

Just a little more info, in case it helps. I know it ends with “a” (Czech noun declensions, genitive case—“daughter of __”), but it can’t be “ova,” because that’s a feminine possessive ending.

It looks like Wrbana to me--the first letter matches the W in Waclaw. So Wrban without the grammatical ending.
