Are these your ancestors!? If yes, then you descend from a titled noble which is extremely rare! There is a decent amount of information online about the Brancati family of varying quality. From a very cursory reading, I see the Brancati family were a merchant family that acquired feudal rights only in the mid-1600s, taking on the titles of Baron of Orsomarso and of Abatemarco.

Truly a fascinating read, including the Cardinal Brancati. I have always heard about the Cardinal/Pope but seeing it in print made it real.
