translation assistance,please

Would someone please help me with this translation please. I think it is an obit for Manual Pacheco Jacob married to Maria de Jesus. I think the date of death is 22 Oct 1839 I think it may tell his age when he died, but I cannot read/understand it. I am trying to find his birth record (to confirm he is the same Manual Pacheco in my family line), so I am sure hoping it DOES say how old he was when he passed.
