I need translation of this document. Specially the part where it lists the family members. Thank you!

Here's a translation of the parts where it lists family members (it appears on four pages - once in German, once in French, and twice in Russian). I translated this from the Russian page, as it seemed to be the page with the most information (ages of children listed compared to just names listed on the German and French pages).
Passport for: Peasant Alexander Emannuel Jakovlevich (a patronymic name that implies that Alexander was the son of a Jakob) Himmel, age 31 with his wife, Maria Katharina, age 31 and their children: Alexander, age 10; Heinrich, age 6; Anna, age 5; David, age 1.
The passport is dated 27 January 1912 and was issued in the Saratov area.

Thank you so much Ellie! This is the only document where it states that Alexander's father is Jakob. I have other registers (birth records of his grandchildren) where it says his name is Phillip. Do you think is it possible for him to be Jakob Phillip or Phillip Jacob? there's no other document where they call him Jacob and I don't know what to think. Other option is that this document is wrong. Thank you!

@LuciaVillarino It's possible that he could be Jakob Phillip or Phillip/Jacob, or it could be that this document is incorrect. Have you been able to locate Alexander's birth record? The birth record should hopefully give some clarifying information about the correct name.
