I don't know. Sometimes Legacy will have days where you are able to view webinars for free. Make sure you keep an eye on their offers at familytreewebinars.com.
As a note, when dealing with genealogical societies, some give access to recordings and some don't. The best way to insure you are able to see a particular webinar is to sign up for it. If you miss it, a number of societies will send an email stating that they were sorry you missed it and give a link to the recording.
