I did find some records from ACI San Antonio, Viagrande, Giarre and ACI Catena. The one positive record is his daughter Gregoria's wedding in 1790. Which states one mother Alfia Titimi. Also Gregoria's death in 1842 which states another mother Maria Messina. Lastly, ACI San Antonio's Stata Anime in 1759 with the whole family, but which wife? I found records of some of his older children's birth with Alfia Archiocono. Sorry this is so long. I hope someone can help. If anyone wants the actual records I found I can supply those. Three wives is not unheard of but your Grandfather's name is also pretty common in that area so you could be dealing with more than one gentleman.
May I suggest you put this information in chart form so it is easier to see which pieces you are trying to find?
I get so excited about what I have found and not found that I sometimes confuse people when I am asking for help. Putting information in some kind of chart with headings like name, year, event, people present enables me to get the help I need.
There has to be someone in this group who can help you out. I hope they will reach out to you soon.
