Unfortunately there is very little information on Margaret on FS. I'm guessing Charlie McClure is her sister and Charles Emmanuel Cronenwett is Charlie's son.

I wasn't able to find anything on FS Family Tree, but I can tell you that Vincennes is a city in Indiana, so that narrows down the search geographically, at least.

The location in that other marriage record is probably Vincennes as well.

yes - they are all from Knox Co., IN

Happy to help. To me it looks like the names might be Ford Miller and Sophie M(?) Zuber. Witnesses are Louis Ulrich and John Adam. Signatories are John Zuber and Kate W(?).
