Well, I'm not new here, but I'm not sure I ever introduced myself.

 

Hi, I'm Teresa, and I'm a family history (and regular history) enthusiast who finds the Family Bible project super fun. I love working with data and solving mysteries and puzzles, so this sort of project is right up my alley.

 

I live in California and work as a freelance illustrator, although I moonlight as a sci-fi/fantasy novelist. I'm also the mother of one very spoiled cat. (And one angel cat who is probably chasing bugs and destroying furniture in heaven.)

 

I joined the group because the Family Bible project is just so fun, I wanted to make sure I was keeping tabs on everything. And I like trying my hand at the occasional "challenge question" posted. I don't have a lot of time on my hands these days, but I'll try to keep contributing when I can!

 

As for feedback, overall I'm very satisfied with the group! I appreciate all of the helpful posts and links to relevant information, as well as the messages of encouragement. I hope we can find more family Bibles and related articles, so we can help connect these priceless treasures with the families they belong to!
