There are only limited records from Brescia province available; just from the town of Brescia and nearby towns.

Tali registri riguardano esclusivamente la popolazione della città e dei comuni aggregati. I registri dello stato civile napoleonico, al contrario, provengono dall'archivio del Tribunale di prima istanza del dipartimento del Mella e si riferiscono a tutto il territorio provinciale.

If you look for the civil records of Regno d'Italia (later than 1865) you need to write to the Comune di Preseglie at servizidemografici@comune.preseglie.bs.it

For asking the parish, you need to know the name of the church.
Unluckily, Preseglie is a spread-out place with many hamlets (Ardessà, Gazzane, Macenago, Piazza, Quintilago, Sottocastello, Zernago) so there might be more than one church to look for...
