BYU Family History Library presents:
Using the Timeline Grid: Practical Examples
By: Kathryn Grant.
When: Sunday, February 21, 2021.
Time: 2:00 pm MST.
Join us at the virtual BYU Family History Library this Sunday at 2:00 pm MST for our second class (of two) on the timeline grid. If you missed the first one last Sunday, don’t worry--we’ll do a recap.
The timeline grid is a simple, unique research log that helps you track and use the information you find in doing family history. It’s most useful for time periods and locations with regular census records. The timeline grid is simple enough for beginners, but powerful enough for advanced users.
The Zoom link is on the BYU FHL Sunday Class page:
https://fh.lib.byu.edu/classes-and-webinars/sunday-classes
Classes are open to everyone and no registration is required. We have a Q&A session after class, and participants also receive a link to a handout with practice activities.
We hope you can join us, and tell your friends and family!

These webinars are EXCELLENT. Great way to get ideas and inspiration, as well as practical suggestions you can immediately apply. After last week's, I tried making my own grid in a different format for a different problem and it laid out information in an organized, useful way I never would have thought of myself. Great opportunity for those of us far from BYU FHL to learn!
