If You cannot find a native speaking person han You could try the google translator. It's cumbersome but it offers a keyboard to enter the text character by character.

The only time I use google translate, is when I can copy and paste. Fortunately, I was able to find someone that was able to translate it. They told me that it says that there aren't any records.
Personally, I wish that when someone writes to them in English, that they would send their responses in English!
