Kathy, thank you for providing the film and image number (1069715, image 131) in the other post; the birth record, which as Paul-Marc writes is written in German, states:
Today, 30 Nivose, 3rd year of the French Republic [19 Jan 1795], appeared before me, Bernard Louis Gemeiner(?), member of the municipal council of Wingen chosen to record these events in the town hall, the citizen Philipp Jacob Sattler, small farmer of Litschhof, which belongs to the municipality of Wingen, along with the citizen Michael Schmitt, farmer, age 61, and Philipp Sattler, farmer, age 27, both from Wingen, and declared that Eva Elisabeth Beyder, his legal wife, yesterday evening [18 Jan 1795] at around 11 p.m. in her father Friedrich Beyder's residence gave birth to a little girl, which he [Philipp Jacob Sattler] presented to me and to whom he gave the given name Louisa. This record was created in the town hall of Wingen on the day, month, and year listed above.
