Your request to add Øvre Eikanger to Norway in the FamilySearch Places database has been completed.

Thank you for adding Øvre Eikanger, I'm sure dozens of other places need to be added to Hamre. However, this was not a request to add anything. This image was stripped out of its actual post in getatisfaction. The tip off is the 2018 original posting date. The was an illustration of the correct way to standardized a place name that is missing from the database to counteract the still prevalent misunderstanding that one should always have a map pin on the display page when a place is entered.
