On 20 December 1723 was born to Anders Persson and wife Bodel Andersdotter 2 children, who due to weakness had to be baptized at home and were called Lars and Christentza.
I like using the various genealogical word lists on the FamilySearch Wiki; I've linked the Swedish one here if you'd like to check it out. To search the page for a specific word, if you're in Google Chrome click CTRL and F on your keyboard and then start typing the string of letters into the search bar that pops up in the corner of the screen.

Could you please help me to understand the word or words in the
record that say that the babies were baptized/christened at home.
Not that it is critical but I'm trying to expand my recognition
of Swedish words. Also, can I assume that they were baptized/christened
on the same day that they were born?
I took that word list and condensed it to 3 column/page and do find it helpful.
I will try the CTRL >F trick. I'm also using the Google translate.
Thanks for you help.

You're welcome. The phrase "som for swaghetz [svaghet] skull" = "for weakness's sake," and "hemma døptes" = "baptized at home," and "och kallades" = "and were called/named."

That was very helpful. I've started a phrase spreadsheet to refer to. Sometimes the Swedish letters and priest's handwriting trick me.:)

A phrase spreadsheet is a great idea. Another helpful resource is the Swedish Genealogical Word List on the Wiki (linked). If you hit CTRL and F on your keyboard (or, if you're on a Mac, hit Command and F), it'll bring up a search box in the corner of your screen. You can then type in an exact string of letters, such as if you can read only the middle of a word, and it'll show you the results on the page. Hit Enter to go to the next result.
