.
I am sorry; but, the simple, one word, answer is, 'No'.
.
Unless, of course, if they have a "Subscription" access to "Ancestry.com"; but, they will STILL be required to "Sign In" with their ( "Subscription" access ) "Log In" to "Ancestry.com" from/through "FamilySearch" at home.
.
I hope this helps.

@maryrjurgaitis maryrjurgaitis - The free access offered at a Family History Center is the Library edition and allows patrons at a FHC to have free access. It is only available through the FHC portal. You can't even bring a laptop to the FHC and access Ancestry for free. It is only available to the computers in the center with specific access.
The other way to look at this is that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who sign up for it, can have free access to Ancestry from home or anywhere. That is due to the partnership that FamilySearch has with Ancestry. Ancestry get free access to millions of records FamilySearch has and in exchange members of the Church can access Ancestry for free. The general public has to pay to use ancestry otherwise how would Ancestry would go broke.
