I am not certain, that I understand you post ...
.
IF, am 'reading' your post wrong; THEN, please advise ...
.
My take on the matter ...
.
Are you referring to, the fact, that when you go to "Search Records"; and, select "FamilySearch", the "System" 'Automatically' populates the "Fields", with the "Details" ALREADY recorded for the individual/person?
.
IF, that is the case; THEN, 'Yes' that is what happens, that is the way the "Search Records" work for an individual/person.
.
But ...
That said ...
.
You CAN "Change"/"Alter"/"Edit" ANY of those "Details", if you wish; and, then, search.
.
Now ...
To the second part ...
.
A 'Google' INTERNET "Search", in a sort of 'parallel' way, can return results of individuals/persons from "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch"; but, to fully view/access those results from "Family Tree", one must be a "Registered" User/Patron of 'FamilySearch'; or, become one.
.
The 'parallel' way, is through a parallel website of 'FamilySearch' being "Ancestors.FamilySearch":
https://ancestors.familysearch.org/
.
Please advise, if any of this relates to what you refer.
