How to find more information... What next as I feel like I have exhausted all options with Ancestry

I am searching for my Great Grandfather and his parents, etc. His name was Ferris Taymore. I have found it listed as Ferris Salih Taymore, Faris Tomer, Farras Tomar. Born in Aziz, Turkey in 1892/95 per Vice-Consul but cannot read it clearly. Please HELP!

Have you tried searching on Wiki? The link is https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Turkey_Genealogy. Also, have you entered this person into FamilySearch? I could not find him and it may help bring up hints if he is entered.
