Civil registration for Lombardy-Venetia
I'm trying to find civil registration for Lombardy-Venetia. In particular for Villa Estense (or Villa di Villa), Granze (or Granze di Vescovana), Monselice and Vescovana between 1822 and 1868. I know I can ask to catholic priests for Church records, but they weren't helpful. I have already posted this question here without any result.
Thanks in advance

Padova (where Villa Estense, Granze, Monselice, and Vescovana are located) was controlled by the Austrian Empire from 1815 to 1866. Under Austrian law, all registrations were done by the local churches. Civil registration was started again under Italian law in 1871. This notice is from the State Archives of Padova:
So you have civil registration available under Napoleonic law from 1806-1815 (on Antenati), and then under Italian law beginning in 1871. That's the end of the story. Anything in between is church records only.
