Unfortunately, I meant before 1850 and into the 1700's. At this time, I don't know exists so I also have no idea what to hope on in the future. The death records in there might be of help but I'm not paying for it and those same records found again on Family Search require Family History Center access. At this point, I give up but if you want to do dig any of this here is my great-grandma with her ancestors involved: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/L56Q-C75

For Mercallo, I'm pretty sure it was under Austrian control from 1815-1859 and so there would only be church records for this time period as the Austrian Empire did not have standalone civil registration. Before 1815 there would have been some civil registration under Napoleon going back to around 1800 but those holdings have not been filmed and I don't know that such a project has been contemplated.
The Ancestry holdings can also be accessed through your local library if they have Ancestry Library Edition; Proquest is allowing home access to ALE at least through the end of March (it does require you to log in through your library's web page).
For Premeno, between 1815 and 1866 it was part of the Kingdom of Sardinia; which started civil registration about 1839 or so. And it had Napoleonic registration from about 1800 to 1815 also. But those have not been published and the state archives of Verbania do not hold these documents either.
The Premeno 1866-1899 documents also appear to be available on Antenati: http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/v/Archivio+di+Stato+di+Verbania/Stato+civile+italiano/Premenoprovincia+di+Verbano-Cusio-Ossola/
Anyway, for both of these towns to research civil registration documents before 1866 you would need to contact the comuni directly. For the other years (and anything pre-1800 is going to be church records only), you would need to contact the churches in those towns directly, or perhaps the relevant diocesan archives.

I think I will wait a few years then. I have had little luck reaching the churches. They guessed wrong that I would be satisfied with what little I have. I tried to ask about coming but it did not help me ever hear from them again. Do you have contacts? https://www.familysearch.org/tree/pedigree/landscape/L56Q-C75

All my Italian ancestry is in the south and Sicily, so no I don't have any contacts up in the north.

Do you know any way that I can recommend those records be indexed?
