It's come from Soviet Union (CCCP) Ukraine republic from Munkács (мукачеве)
Before end of 1st wold war Munkács was part of Hungary, than Czechoslovakia than Soviet Union. Lots of Hungarian live there.

Is there a who sent the letter? Also, this now in Russia? Or is it where we've put other ancestors - Yena and Batar? I'm so confused on where my relatives might be.

I also have a second letter (which hasn't been transcribed). I've included the photo of the envelope too hoping there is more information about the family member who sent in and where they live. I think it's Mariska that we talked about before. I also have photos too that have information on them that might help as well.

From 1992 Ukraine independent country, Munkács (Мукачево is the county seat) part of Ukraine and Yena and Batar as well. Csepe and Batár the Hungarian names

I think these letters are from the lady in this picture. I have two pictures of the same photo but what's on them is different. I think it's from Mariska B'an. But would this be her married name or her maiden name? I'm assuming this is her husband but not sure of his last name, date and who this exactly is.
