This was found in an old cookbook. Family. Immigrated to WI around 1910. Hoping to find any clue to location in Ger,mmamy. This is the first of 3 pages. No envelope available.

Sorry, Carol, I just saw this now. Since I have not been well, I am not able to be as active in the Community, and many things sit for a while. Thankfully, the community has a lot of good helpers.
This was a letter, date Milwaukee, 30 July 1925
Dear Alice,
You have burdened my conscience for a long time already, and that is certainly not a light pressure. I had promised you that I would send you a recipe for Summer-Pudding recipe, but I first had to convert the old Oldenburg measure to pint or quart and then try it out, and I never got around to that. But, even though it is rather chilly, the summer is not over yet, and I still want to send it to you. Therefore-
White Foam pudding
[Ingredients: ]
One quart of milk
three ounces of starch (mix the starch with a little bit of milk)
two tablespoons of sugar
five or six egg whites.
[Directions]: When the combined milk and sugar are warm, stir in the dissolved starch, let it boil for a few minutes, then add the egg whites that have been beaten to foam, and ...

I changed the formatting a little to make the recipe understandable as such.
try it out and let us know how you liked it. I imagine you can add flavorings like vanilla or cocoa/cacao [dissolved with more sugar and milk].
