Are there any Records for the surname De Tanti? because i have found my oldest ancestor named ''Francesco de Tanti'' witch i believe either him of his family where italian

According to the Indettalgio website there are three locations in Lombardy where the De Tanti surname is more common--http://italia.indettaglio.it/eng/cognomi/cognomi_lombardia.html. Unfortunately, you would need to know which parish in order to find the records, especially because Milano is one of the cities and so large!
