@GrantHovey GrantHovey, When you add a memory, like a story, you can also add photos. I am not sure why a photo would not be visible unless the photo did not meet the guidelines for some reason. A user can also add a story to a photo. I am not sure which scenario you are referring to without specifics. Please share any additional details, and I will help where I can.
