How can I view half-siblings all together on a family tree?
I've just joined and am starting my family tree. I have 3 half-sisters much older than me. Their father died years before I was born and my own father is given as 'unknown'. Our mother also died a long time ago. I had some trouble setting up my basic tree because I had to disentangle our parentage and set up an 'Unknown' person for my father. OK, that's finally sorted. But now when I view the family tree I cannot see my half-sisters until I switch to a view where I am invisible, namely the first marriage of our mother. To see my own record I must switch to the later relationship of our mother. Is there no view available in which the whole set us is visible? I find it disconcerting and slightly upsetting.

FYI
.
You will be set-up with your "Biological" Parents; being, a Mother; and, all-be-it, an "Unknown" Father.
.
Although, a individual/person can be a Child in MORE than one Family, with DIFFERENT types "Parent-Child" Relationships ...
,
Unfortunately, as you have already indicated/advised, the Father, of your older Half-Siblings, died Years BEFORE you were Born; therefore, you should not really be attaching yourself to that individual/person and you Mother ...
.
And, IF, you do; THEN, the "System" will most probably indicate a "Data Problem", being (You are) Born well after the Father died.
.
Thus, you will NOT see you Half-Siblings DIRECTLY in the "Pedigree" View.
.
But ...
That said ...
.
You WILL sort of see your Half-Siblings INDIRECTLY in the "Pedigree" View; as, your Mother will have x2 Spouses (x1 Husband; and, the other a Partner), by "Swapping" between the Spouses for your Mother; but, You will be with the "Unknown" Partner; and, the Half-Siblings will be with the Husband; but, not showing together.
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
The ONE place that you WILL sort of see, You; and, your Half-Siblings, together, will be on the "Person/Details" page/screen of your Mother, in the "Family Members" Section (ie. the last Section, down the bottom).
.
But, you will be in separate Parental/Family groups - You with the "Unknown" Partner; and, the Half-Siblings with the Husband.
.
I am well aware that this is not the news that you were hoping for; but, that is the nature of some of the more interesting Family DYNAMICS.
.
I can certainly understand you being disconcerted and slightly upset.
.
I am sorry that I could not be of much comfort.
