Giovanni Vacchini born 1828 Genoa
He appeared in Sydney Australia about 1880 where he had a taylor's shop. He had five children with Ann Owen. The last child, Tiberius Vacchiny borb 1875 was my grand father.
does anyone know where he was born ? and his father & mother?

Giovanni ( John ) appeared about 1850 in Sydney.Typing error with that date.

Following THIS LINK (Vacchini) you can find all indexed documents available in Genoa, reporting Vacchini surname. Some records report Giovanni but unfortunalely for Tiberio no results.

Thank you but no , as he was born well before any of these people. Tiberius was born in NSW Australia in 1875.

Vacchin i means cow minder and he came from NORTH Italy and was fair haired and blue eyes. I have the same coloured eyes. Like my grand father.Stuart Daniels
