I have found many dozens of birth, death and marriage records related to the Petrák family. This is the only record I have found so far with the name Zik in it. Could this be another surname, nickname, title or middle name?

The way the sentence is form it looks like Zika is a surname and he is from (von) Petráka. I do not find a village of that particular name. I am finding it as a surname on Google. This site shows where surnames appear in the Czech Republic https://www.kdejsme.cz/prijmeni/Petrák/hustota/
It would be good to to see a link please. Use genteam.at as a gazatteer to determine the village but I do not see it under that spelling. Villages can be spelled different ways.

Thank you for the links to theses websites. The web address to the marriage entry is https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/6052/72/1204/1207/138/0. The "v" between Zika and Petráka is underlined, which make me wonder if it could be an abbreviation. I have seen the Latin word vulgo between two surnames before.
