Family name is either, De Luna, Luna or possibly Dela Luna
Looking for any relatives in this region. Grandfather left PI in early 1916.

You could try creating a Facebook group and request to be friend with all persons who use the same family name you're looking for, then invite them to the group. In the group, there may be someone who has answers for the person you are looking for. Or you can add the name of people you are looking for, including their family, to the FamilySearch Family Tree and share the URL of that family to the group you have created so they can further connect.
