Do you know the names of any of her children? Did she always live in Cedros? What are the names of her parents?

Her father was Antonio Pereira de Melo born around 1796 in Capelo, Azores. At least I think so. I have information that Felicia Mariana was married to Joaquim Perpetua, no dates about him

From here choose the island Flores, then the Concelho or Municipality, Santa Cruz das Flores and then the Freguesia or parish Cedros.
If you know the names of any children, you could also find their baptism records. The grandparents should be named and you could confirm you have the right mother because the maternal grandparents would match the names of her parents. Her husband and his parents should also be named.
