21 Days Family Connections Experiment (FCE)
I'm not sure if you've heard about the 21 Day Family Connections Experiment, but if not, it's a project that we started during Covid, a 21 day experiment exploring the benefits of daily connections with family past and present. Our main goal has been to provide a resource to show the benefits of participating in Family History to the world, while also helping people discover all of the incredible aspects to family history, including connecting with living family members. We've created the tool as non-denominational, so that it can be used with members and non-members a like, and it's been used by various missions, family history centers, etc... as the pandemic has changed so much about how we all operate in the work of salvation.
The first experiment was a huge success in May, so we promised participants we'd do it again in October. As a small group of us who threw it together in April we are preparing for October's experiment, and we thought it would be a good idea to reach out to the Family History community to see if there are any others who might like to help us out with this next one. We're currently trying to assemble plans for engaging youth and young adults, so your insights would be wonderful as all of you in this group share this passion.
