I recommend reading https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Dutch_Genealogical_Word_List on the FS Wiki if you wish to learn to read Dutch genealogical records.
The grooms paternal grandparents are Joannes Mezville, died in Thielt [?] 24 December 1797 and the late Francisca VandeCasteele. His maternal grandparents are Judocus Deblanc and Elisabeth Loosvelt, both deceased in ?? on 12 June 1804 and 16 July 1797.

Thielt in todays spelling is Tielt, Oyghem is Aaigem, and Walsbeke is Wielsbeke.

Thanks. I do use the word lists but the writing can be challenging and unfamiliar surnames and place names are difficult.

Thank you so much, Adrie! I really struggle with Dutch. I have a death record for Judocus Deblanc in Sint-Eloois-Vijve but I have the date as 13 May 1804, however, that may be an issue with converting the Republican calendar. I had not been able to find a death record for Elisabeth Loosveldt, which is why I was so concerned with the information here. Now I know specifically where to look. FYI, the death record for Judocus Deblanc is located here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S7WX-97WF-G9?i=89&wc=QZ9J-GNP:1009587101,1009411301&cc=2139860

-So, this also indicates that the town with the ?? = Vijve St Elois,or Sint Eloois Vijve
and Loosvelt should be correct, not Loosvel_dt
Apparently some fields are empty in the death certif.
