For a Couple, in the "Couple Relationship", you can, either, leave the "Relationship Event" as "Blank" (add/have, 'Nothing'); or, use the "Lived Together" option, if that is appropriate.

You DO NOT have to add a "Relationship Event" in a "Couple Relationship", if that is NOT appropriate.
