It does not give a birth date or cause of death. Death records rarely do.

Paola was 22 days old when she died. There should be a birth certificate for that same year (which looks like 1911, in Melito);
probably in October since they were required to register the birth. Would have been registered usually a day or so after the birth, sometimes even the same day. Death records in Italy never give the birth date or cause of death, but does give names of parents and place of birth (Melito).
