I am not sure, but for me the side note is:
44 - forty four
Paolo Camporini, "married" (not sure) with Maria "Saboretti", died in 4 October of 1977

The second pic is actually the header of the death record. It says:
"44 -fourty four (it's the record number)
Camporini Paolo, married with Balzaretti Maria, died on October 4th (1873) of 77 years."
The first pic it's the full record, including info on father, mother, wife and profession of the deceased (miller) a bit harder to read due to low res.
