Will someone help transcribe this record?
Hi I am learning to read these records, but this one has a few parts I am unsure of. Would someone be able to transcribe this and type it up as German? I have parts of it down, but I would like to see what I am missing so I can keep learning the handwriting better. Thank you!
The record is for Frantisek Tomann:

Please tell us what you figured out and post it here. We will take a look at it in the morning. We want this to be a learning process.
Sincerely,

I will work on the translation. Here are two maps that will help us figure out the nearby towns. The first one is one from the 19th century. 2nd one is current map.

Good thing I asked for help with the paragraph because it provides you with a former residence. "panství Nekmíř, nyní okresní soud, podkrajský uřád a kraj Plzeňský." = Former dominion of Nekmíř, now district court, sub-county and county of Plzeň.

I got some more answers: his name is Matěj. He was a třetník (farmer who owned 1/3 of a lán of land). Don't know how many acres that is right off hand, but I'm sure it would be easy to find online.
Just googled it, but got a variety of answers. Some sources say 1 lán = 45 acres, and I found one that said 1 lán = 44 to 67 acres. At any rate, if your Matěj owned 1/3 of a lán, then he had somewhere around 15 to 22 acres of land
