Correction for Albina, Oregon
I had previously asked for a correction to Albina, Oregon which was partly fixed. However, it now has the name "Albina Suburb of Portland, Multnomah, Oregon, United States" for 1891-present. That is still not correct. The Albina City combined with Portland, and East Portland (all three distinct Cities at the time) in 1891 to form the City of Portland. Albina cease to exist at that time. There is no modern neighborhood or suburb by that name. There is a single street that is named North Albina Ave, for which one or two businesses are named Albina, but it is *not* a current neighborhood or city.
From 1872-1891 Albina should be a City.
