I'll just add this link to the Dorset OPC site https://www.opcdorset.org/TalbotVillage/Talbot.htm - though some of it looks similar to Wikipedia, it is, clearly, from a genealogy site. And to forestall any question - yes it does look like the full title, on maps and everywhere, really is "Talbot Village" - 2 words.

Once, again ...

'Thank You' so very much.

==========
.
One slight TECHNICAL problem/issue ...
.
The actual LOCATION of the "Map" 'Pin' ...
.
The current location of the "Map" 'Pin' in 'FamilySearch' puts its location as somewhere in France.
.
.
Right in the CENTRE of the "Parc naturel régional des caps et marais d'Opale" (ie. "Regional Natural Park of the Caps and Opal Marsh").
.
South of "Calais"; and, East of "Boulogne-sur-Mer"; and, West of "Saint-Omer".
.
On route (ie. Road) D206, equidistant, between the Towns/Villages of "Bainghen" and "Surques".
.
Lovely country side, we know; as we have driven thought it.
.
But, NOT exactly, where "Talbot Village, Dorset, England" is actually located ...
.
If you could have that addressed/fixed, that would be very much appreciated.
.
'Thank You' in advance.
.
==========
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
Being my usual 'nudge' ...
.
The usual ...
.
Just one further favour/request in relation to that 'Place Name' ...
.
Can we please ALSO have the ability to have a 'Standard' for it WITHOUT the 'Suffix' of "United Kingdom".
.
I know that it is 'politically' correct ... lets no go there ... I know how (truly) 'complicated' it is ...
.
But, MY, Ancestors; Family; and, Relatives (even TODAY), consider that they came (or, come) from England, Scotland, Wales; Ireland ...
.
Certainly, at least, up until 1952; being, the coronation of "Queen Elizabeth II" - and, then some, in some cases.
.
They may consider themselves "British"; but, deep down, they were/are, "English"; or, "Scottish"; or, "Welsh"; or, "Irish" - and, deeply (patriotically) so.
.
All my 'Maternal' side are "Scottish"; and, dare one say otherwise.
.
Whereas, my 'Paternal' side are a "Mix", of "English"; or, "Irish"
.
'Thank You' in advance.
.
Brett
.
ps: We need the 'standalone' "Standards" WITHOUT the 'Suffix' of "United Kingdom"; even, if it is just for the "Colours" on the "Fan Chart" for an individuals/persons "Country"of Birth.
.
[ ie. England, Scotland, Wales; North Ireland, are ALL considered "Countries" in their own right; but, also integral parts of the greater "United Kingdom", sovereign nation ]
.
