i'm looking for a birth record of my great-grandfather, from Partinico, Palermo, Sicily, 1896. I've found the Baptismal record, but looking for the civil record of his birth. Thank you in advance !

Unfortunately, it appears that the nati are not available online. This would be where they are appearing, but FamilySearch only has morti for 1896. You could try the town directly to see if their copy of the records is still in existence.
