Melzer family from Sloup / Novi Bor
My ancestor Franz Melzer was born around 1805 in Sloup or Novi Bor then moved to Poland. His parents were Joseph and Maria Anna Ullrich and his wife was Brigitte Melzer (maiden name: ?Paul / Post / Baner). I am looking for any records about them.

Pawel and I spent some time yesterday looking for Franz. This is the result of the search that we made. The name Melzer and Ullrich do appear in the records of Sloup (Bürgstein). I checked all the Melzer family around 1799 to 1809 in the birth and christening records. and none of the entries had parents called Joseph and Marianna or Maria or Marina. Indexes to these records are also available.
Franz Melzer and his wife Brigitte were not found in the marriage records. Her place of origin is unknown. He is not sure of her maiden name. No marriage in the records has been found for the marriage of Joseph Melzer and Maria Anna Ullrich. They could have gotten married in her village. The parents names of Franz are found in a death record in Poland of Franz Melzer in Pabianice.
In Novy Bor in the christenings index from 1784-1845 the name Ullrich appears once and Melzer does not appear at all. In the marriage records from 1809-1861 the surname Ullrich appears once and Melzer does not appear at all.
I feel we have exhausted the Sloup and the Novy Bor records and maybe a radius search should be performed on surrounding villages. He is near where Franz was born but not exact enough. They could have listed the nearest big place of Sloup and in actuality been from a surrounding village.
The records we have been searching include the villages of : Bukovany, Chomouty, Janov, Malý Bor, Maxov, Nové Domky, Pihel, Pihelsko, Plesa, Radvanec, Sloup v Čechách, Svitava, Svojkov, Záhořín. Starobylá.
I have looked on FamilySearch and Ancestry. The record apparently exists on MyHeritage. Pawel a link to this data would be nice to view, please.
If you have any additional ideas where we can locate Franz, we would appreciate some help.
