A sister in our Stake is looking to answer the birth location of her ancestor. On this nice marriage record it seems to mention it, we did not find it yet in the Wiki. What do you think. The goal is to find her correct parents. She is No.9 Eva Marie Magnusdotter......

My favorite trick is to enter the place names in the search box up by the sign in box rather than the one beside the map. Often, the farm names will pop up within the parishes.

 

Maybe the place name is Wåro, Sweden? The last word on the second line is Sverig - Sverrig is the Danish word for Sweden.

I would say that Eva Marie is from Berritsgård when she gets married but she is born in Värö Sweden, but there is no Eva Marie born in Värö.

 

Just today I tried to find out were my friend's ancestor's wife came from. In Finland there was only info that she was born in Hessleby Ruotsissa, which was Hässleby, Sweden. But she was not born in Hässleby. I found out that she was born in different place, moved to Hässleby at age 1 and had lived in Hässleby several years before moving into Finland.
