the one drawback - is I don't see a common front page search utility that searches just the site.

 

but in cases like this I simply revert back to google and restrict it to a specific site

 

so for example if I wanted to search for the surname Yancey on that site:

 

I can do this google search (note the "site" option) no space after "site"

 

yancey site:https://www.blacksheepancestors.com
