I found this message about a Beckwith Family Bible on a forum many years ago.

I was looking for Homes Obediah Beckwith because I just came into possession of a page out of an old family Bible which lists his birth as June 7, 1801.Right below his name is Arthur LeRoy Smith, born March 20, 1880. Arthur was my grandfather. There are other Smiths listed below Arthur's name: Chas. A. Smith, born June 20, 1876, Frank M. Smith, Born Feb. 6, 1875, and Carrie L. Smith, born Aug. 1873. Above these names are John A.Betsinger, born Oct. 5, 1863, William Betsinger, born August 25, 1867, Ada Beckwith, born May 25, 1824, and Sarah Fraser, born Feb. 11, l810. I also have some pictures with the names of Beckwiths on them, but I don't know what the connection is to my grandfather, Arthur LeRoy Smith. Does anyone out there know anything about any of these people? There are also some death dates on the back of the page from the Bible. The names are Homes Obediah Beckwith, Mary Austin, Lewis Beckwith (age 7), Lewis M. Smith, and Sarah Frazier Beckwith.( Author Norma Sladko 2009. )"
