I am seeing Quebec on the map in FamilySearch. What search tool are you using? Can you give me a little detail so I can duplicate your experience?

ok, I sign into FamilySearch, click on search then records (from drop down menu), then click on Canada on the map (Research by Location) and get a drop down menu that lists: Canada, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon. Notice that Quebec, which used to be between PEI and Sask, is absent from the list? My computer has been rebooted etc. I first noticed it missing maybe a week ago. I can still find the Quebec Catholic Parish Registers by typing the title into the Find a Collection search box. I used to just be able to click on Quebec from the list, but it is not there- at least on my list. Out of curiosity I just made my husband sign in and it is not on his list either. Ideas?

I don't know if it will help, but this is on my desktop, using microsoft Windows 10 and chrome is my browser.

hmm...That's what I see too! or rather, don't see! You probably better send this through Feedback on the bottom of the Search Historical Records page. FamilySearch Places deals mostly with the standardized places listed within Family Tree.
But just for the record, here is a screenshot of what I see:

Dear Anne and Susan,
I logged onto FamilySearch Places with this link
https://www.familysearch.org/research/places/
I typed Canada in the Search For A Place field.
Then I clicked on Places In This Country
Then I clicked on +Add Filter, and selected the box called
Direct Children Only.
The pins then showed me the provinces of Canada, and Quebec was right where it should be on the map and in the list under Canada.
If you try this and it still doesn't work, let us know and we can ask someone about what may be going on with your display.
Best wishes.

Hmm...I don't have a box called 'Direct Children Only' in my filters.
when I choose States and Provinces, I still get 1,418 results
Besides this doesn't take me to the Quebec Research Page that shows all the records available for Quebec:

hmmm, I have never even seen that map- when I click on "search" it is not the same as "research"- so how did you get there from the home page of familysearch? Other than having to type in the url you listed above?
From the home page of FS, when I click on "search" I end up here:
https://www.familysearch.org/search/
I did send them feedback from the search historical records page- Quebec should still be on the list of places within Canada to search for records.
Out of curiosity, I did a search for records from the person page, then tried to restrict by location, typed in Canada, but once again Quebec is not on the list of provinces- so this search problem is related to the other search problem I have. Interesting. Still don't see how to get to the map you provided the url for.

Dear Anne and Susan,
My mistake. FamilySearch has many branches - each working on different functions in the program. My instructions were to help you find the Research Places function. The problem you've experienced needs to be fixed by the persons over Search Historical Records, which I can see clearly is missing Quebec. I will try to forward your problem to the correct people so they can fix it.
Thanks for your help, and your patience. We'll get Quebec back where it belongs.
Best regards,
Jeanine C Teeples, Authorities Team

I have found the contact person who can fix this problem with Quebec. When the problem is resolved, I'll send you a message. Again, thank you for reporting the problem.
