Dennis, I "inherited" a collection of my great-grandmother's postcards. Someone found a box with them in it in a room they were cleaning. The boss said to toss them, but he held onto them and searched Ancestry for someone who was closely related. He sent them to me along with her marriage certificate from her second marriage. These post cards are from my grandfather (whom I didn't know) and his sister, her children, and other family members. They helped me know my grandfather in a special way. These two children were taken from her after a divorce. I won't go into how or why here, but I have learned to look more deeply into some records as a result.

My Dad collected postcards and I have a couple of boxes of them. He traded alot in his later years. I look forward to going through them (right now they are in garage and I can't get to them. Praying that will soon be resolved.)

This sounds like a fun collection. Are these postcards family correspondence? Or are they images of Georgia?
