Several genealogists are having a discussion on Facebook, initiated by Janice Nickerson, about Genealogy and Racism. She recommended an online text "Genealogy and Racism" by Diane Kenaston (https://docs.google.com/document/d/16TtyJTFPsPi7HWJkc4orLrC9SdpXOdGle0mfxZIvWvI/edit?usp=sharing). I haven't started reading it yet but plan on looking at it over the weekend (during my free time).
