How to handle FamilyTree sources that reference multiple URLs?
Many of the sources for people in my ancestral line are from unindexed FamilySearch films.
Many are now available online as DGS numbers.
I'm looking for some examples currently in FamilySearch FamilyTree that reference unindexed films.
The issues I'm facing-
It's not clear to me what is the best way to reference images on an unindexed film. Is the DGS number and Image number OK, or can they change as data is reorganized by FamilySearch? My understanding is that the ARK URL is the only guaranteed stable reference.
Most sources are references to a set of images, not a single image, Since each image has it's own ARK URL, I'd like to reference each URL in the set inside the source. Sources right now only allow one URL.
I suppose that I could give the URL of the first image of the set and then specify how many additional images are also referenced...
Surely, this must be an issue solved by others. That's why I'm looking for best practice examples.

Are you trying to attach more than 1 image to 1 person? When I create a source, not just use source linker, I have the opportunity to add notes and information. Could you list the other images there? I wonder if you could copy and paste multiple URLs there?

You are correct - each image as a ARK URL. I copy the URL when looking at that image and create a new source using that ark. I add a citation (what collection...) and often do some transcribing of the image and put it in the Notes of the citation. Put it in your SourceBox and you can Attach that Source to all people in the tree to that record.

I have been just attaching the first image and then in the reason statement mention the number of images that correspond to the person's record. Like for a probate record, I say in the notes something like, First image of 34. Full probate file is shown on digitized images 20-54.
Or, you could download all the images and put them together in one PDF file and upload it as a source.

Thanks,
Any examples that you can point to?
