Thank you both. I'm triying to find the birth certificate of my great grandfather who was born in Doljne Cerovo, Slovenia today. The church records of some churches in what is now Slovenia that are in Gorizia but there aren't online. I wrote to the ufficio anagrafe of Gorizia to hear from them how to proceed.
