Here is what I DO know, missing are Jakob Ronczka (or Raczka) dob/1860. Katarzinya Bachula. dob/1869. Along with them was my grandfather, Jozef, born in 1889.
The 1910 census has the family and one addition Rudolph, dob/1899. They lived on Cleveland's
near Westside. Jakob worked as as day laborer.
All disappeared except Jozef, who married in 1907.
Another I'm trying to locate is my grandmother, Katarzinya Koba dob/1888. I've got her in Cleveland d, but all I know beyond that is she came here in 1900.
This may be a tall order. Sorry about writing the Great American Novel.
I appreciate your interest and help. I'm new at this and all the people with any semblance of knowledge of the history are gone.
I got so far with Acestery, but they want me to upgrade to look into European records. I did find that my grandfather Josef was probably born in Rabka Galicia(Poland.)

Sorry, I haven't been able to help yet. Have had company for a week. Is it Cleveland Ohio? Can you share a picture of the census image please? Or, how was Jacob's first and last name on that census? Did the census have Poland as the birth place on this one?

Sorry for leading you on a goose chase.. Yes, it is Cleveland, Ohio. It was the 1900 Census. I should be the on apologizing.
Thought I had a copy stored, but I can't find it.
- I looked up the 1900 Census because my grandfather was about 9 years old when he arrived. I was trying to determine how a boy got here. I typed in his name and it came back with a misspelled last name. Something closer to a phonetic spelling. I believe the birth place had Galicia, Poland listed. Brother Rudolf was born April, 1899. There were also 3 other male day workers living at the address. I think I remember the residence was in Cleveland village...now part of Rocky River, Ohio.I

Is there a way you commonly see the names spelled another way? In the census at Heritage Quest (available through most libraries) you can search for a cluster of given names in a locality. Give that is't Polish, I would expect clerks and census takers to do their best but maybe write it the way they heard it. They may also have anglicized it themselves.

Ha!! You are doing amazing. I haven't had any time to look into it, but will try to get to it later on. Lmk if you find anything. I wonder if they changed their surname? Maybe we can try first names only with a wild card search for the surname (R*) on familysearch and see if we find them that way.
