Mikolaja, of Wiktoria Gralińska, born in Kalisz on 8th December 1859, at 3 am, christened on 18th December 1859, at 4 pm, daughter of Wojciech Graliński, serving in Kalish, 29 years old, and of his wife, Emilia, born Krauze, 30 years old. Witnesses: Stanisław Pajączkowski, an organ player, 65 years old, and Marcin Ignaszewski, a furrier (kuśnierz), 60 years old, both from Kalisz. Godparents: Aleksander Zieliński, a steward from Sędzimirowice, and Franciszka Stawska from Kalisz. This record was delayed due to absence of the one presenting (the father of infant), it was read to him and to witnesses and signed by us and the first witness. Signature of Staś Pajączkowski.
