Witnesses: Karol Timek, a carpenter, 33 years old, and Marcin Ignaszewski, a furrier, 57 years old, residents of Kalisz. Godparents: Karol Timek and Marianna Albert, born Kuliesa (?). This record was read to the one presenting and to witnesses, and signed by the first witness, Karol Timek.
