Birth Record No. 202, Konin, Evangelical-Augsburg Parish, of August Martin, born in Rożek (currently Rożek Brzeziński) on 8th November 1868, christened on 15th November 1868, son of Efraim Martin, a day laborer, 27 years old, and of his wife, Wilhelmina, born Schlesner, 26 years old. Witnesses: Friedrich Arnholtz, 38 years old, and Adolf Rinder, 27 years old, from Rożek. Godparents: the above-mentioned Friedrich Arnholtz and Julianna Koch, born Arnholtz.
